Kylie is a physiotherapist who is passionate about movement.
She runs a sports medicine and clinical pilates studio in South Yarra and teaches yoga around her clinic commitments.
Her interest in core stability led her to completing a post grad in pelvic floor rehabilitation in 2007 at Melbourne University. She’s also fascinated by cutting edge sports medicine and performance training, leading her to present an evidence review of the efficacy of whole body vibration training at both the NZ national physio conference and the Sports Medicine Australia conference in 2010.
Kylie is also a presenter and speaker, facilitating training for physiotherapists, health professionals and the general public in movement, mindfulness, clinical pilates, yoga, pelvic floor and rehabilitative exercise. She also has an interest in workplace health and conducts ergonomic consults both one on one and for large organisations.
Dr Michelle Ronan’s life is all about helping families get healthy and well and stay healthy and well. Chiropractic care for Michelle began 25 years ago and it is an integral part of her life, having worked extensively with newborn babies, children, pregnant women and adults.
Michelle is committed to supporting people with knowledge and strategies, so they can make informed health care choices for both themselves and their families and experience a life that reaches their fullest potential. Michelle is a representative of the Public Education Committee of the Victorian branch of the Chiropractors Association of Australia.

Suzie Brown, founder of Avista Mindfulness, has been a facilitator, trainer and educator for over a decade in the areas of environmental sustainability and organizational strategy, running her own consulting business for the last 8 years.
Suzie founded Avista Mindfulness in 2010 to offer the practices that have enriched her life over many years. She is trained with Openground to teach Jon Kabat-Zinn’s internationally renowned Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, and is also trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Suzie is co-founder of the Melbourne Insight Meditation Group which runs weekly meditation sessions plus regular workshops and retreats in the Western Buddhist tradition.
Osteopath Dr Paul O’Keefe has been practicing as an osteopath for 10 years and has developed a wealth of experience in assessing and treating a variety of aches and pains. Paul’s focus is very much centered around educating his patients so they can develop the necessary skills to be able to address the specific cause of the problem. Paul grew up in Melbourne’s western suburbs in a rather large family of seven kids!
Paul graduated with a double degree in Osteopathy from Victoria University in 2004, which culminated in his two year Masters project being published in the International Journal of Osteopathic Medicine. He has since worked in Williamstown, Sunbury, Ballarat, North Melbourne and had a year working in Ireland.
